Our guest fireside speaker Emma Cundle is an accomplished leader and people development professional with extensive experience helping businesses establish, refine and deliver their cultures, business models and growth plans, also an Alacrity foundation mentor.  Her 20 year career has centred around her passion for knowledge led new market access, customer centric business development, and removing blocks to an individual’s or a company’s growth.

Along the way she has advised and supported the leadership of major organisations such as Government departments and Universities, professions such as accountants, architects, IT and design, as well as pre-revenue start-ups as diverse in sector as fin-tech, life science and pets.Our Speaker is an accredited and licensed practitioner of the Energy Dynamic Model and has been instrumental, along with the creator of the Energy Dynamic Model, in developing the innovative V-Structure methodology.
